How Many Sessions? Depending on people’s needs. Sessions may vary from one to 16 weekly sessions. The client is the one who ultimately decides. Most people come once a week or fortnightly, but some come more often. The frequency and number of sessions needed will be discussed at the end of the first session, with the final decision always made by the client.

Price: My coaching rate is £60 per hour, 90-120 minute for initial session (£90/90 mins). Take action now and call me right away to schedule a session.
