Free 30 minute Complimentary Consultation

I offer an initial 30 minute FREE consultation by telephone. This establishes whether coaching is right for you and a chance to get to know one another. There is no fee or obligation to check out my services.

How would my session work?

Slots are available weekdays and weekends, mornings and afternoons. Late afternoons and weekend slots are especially popular and fill up quickly but I can normally accommodate clients' requirements. I mostly see clients face-to-face, but occasionaly clients telephone me at the pre-arranged time for their session. I live and work in London and clients living nearby or willing to travel to visit me for their coaching sessions.

Personal Coaching Rate & Payment

The first session is usually 90 minutes as there is always a lot to cover in the initial meeting.

At the end of the first session, we decide together on a subsequent coaching schedule (appointment length and frequency). The frequency and total length of time we work together can vary enormously, depending on the complexity of the issues involved and your individual needs.

My fee for personal coaching is £60/hour (£90/90 mins). Pay as you go sessions. I will not ask you to pay for months of coaching up front. I only ask that you pay for each session before it takes place or when you visit. Sessions are payable either by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer. Or, alternatively, securely by PayPal (no account required) using a Credit or Debit card.

Distant Healing is where the client is absent for the healing session, at an agreed time when the client, can ensure they will be undisturbed, relaxed and in a receptive state. This ancient method of healing, works on a spiritual or energetic level and is completely compatible with today's modern physics. As we are all as one, at this level, this is where exchanges of healing energies can happen, which therefore allows the client not necessarily to be present.

A session costs £70 for 2 1/2hrs. Two healers for the price of one!

Corporate Rates

Project Coaching Package

This is for the individual who needs support completing a project like preparing for a sport, or rehearsing for a play. Ideally, the first few sessions are face-to-face, followed by telephone sessions which are usually no more than 30 minutes long, but with frequent email and telephone support until the project is complete.

One 45-60 minute telephone/face-to-face session, plus up to four weekly 15-minute sessions and unlimited email support for 1 month.

Cost £130 per month.

Group Coaching Package (2 or more persons)

Often groups benefit from working together to achieve common goals by meeting weekly. Their energy provides vision, support and accountability to each other. This is a powerful process.

Discounted price for each person in a group or couple. One 60 minute session.

SAVE £15 each person per session.
