These 3 powerful exercises are useful to help free us from our negative!

- Freeing Exercises to Free us from our negative

On our journey towards ‘wholeness’, we can help ourselves out of beliefs in our sickness, and separation from others, by practicing three well known visualisation exercises that can benefit nearly everyone.

#1 Exercise

The first is the 'Vacuuming' exercise that was introduced by the Drs Simonton in their book 'Getting Well Again'.

Imagine any healing figure - such as your therapist, an angel, or you can do it for yourself, with a vacuum tube, hooving out all toxic residue from past infections, all accumulated detrimental emotional reaction material, all psychic debris and all negative thought 'forms' from energy part of your body top to toe, inside and out.

Take the bag now filled with old rubbish and either burn it, compost it, or hand it over to the angels of transmutation - whichever seems most appropriate to you.

Then, and this is most important, fill the spaces left from this cleansing with Pure White Light - Immediately.

This exercise can augment any other detoxifying regime you may be on, and be repeated frequently.

#2 Exercise

This exercise was introduced by Phyllis Krystal in her books on "Cutting the Ties that Bind". This involves those people (dead or alive) whose bonds with you are restricting your growth (and theirs) as individuals responsible for themselves.

Place the other person in an imaginary circle opposite yourself in another circle, with both circles touching. Then close your eyes and visualise electric blue light flowing and cutting around the circles in a figure of eight. This may need to be done daily for several days before each person is able to take on their own authenticity. The relief felt will be enormous.

If you are able to visualise the type of cord and the areas of attachment - say thick, dark, twisted, to the Solar Plexus area of one person to the base of the spine (their grounding area) of the other, you may find using Golden Scissors to cut the cord to separate them, more effective.

Many of our attachments are no longer appropriate in their old 'form' - for example a mature adult with his parents which influences his/her relationships with all authoritative figures or an ideal model figure who prevents us exploring the wider world for ourselves.

Parents project their ‘Will’ on their children, and that is not ‘Unconditional Love’. Children were given ‘Free Will’ by birth right, and their choices needn’t be necessary bad/wrong. The consequence of children not exercising their ‘Free Will’ is that they’ll grow and try to be perfect to their parent’s standards, or anybody or any organisation e.g. church doctrines.

Remember there are two directions we can take - the polarities of

PERFECTION OR FREEDOM

Which do you choose? Explore these words.

#3 Exercise

This exercise is to work with the ancient symbol of the Tree Of Life - in your life.

An acorn, for example, needs four things to grow into a strong mature tree. The first is:

Good Earth so that nutrients are available to put down stable and reliable roots, and provide the means for growth into adulthood. Our Backbone - our Structure - our Support System.

Next Water for damp earth to release nutrients. Water shapes rocks and the earth. Our Body Fluids - our Feelings - our Balance of Flow.

Then Warmth from the Sun. Without warmth, life energy is lost or absent, with death as a result. Our Purposefulness - our Enthusiasms - our Heart.

Fourthly Air gaseous exchange with the atmosphere, Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide for example. Our Hopes/Fears - our Thoughts - our Lungs.

There is a further element called 'Ether' which corresponds with our more subtle or spiritual levels.

When all these elements are balanced, harmonious, health patterns will appear. How balanced is your experience of yourself on your life journey, towards the fulfilment of your potential? Are you still growing?

Draw your own Tree Of Life mandala everyday, don't plan and think before you draw, just draw your feelings. Ask yourself what does the drawing of your mandala mean to you? If drawing a Tree doesn’t do anything for you, draw your own culture’s Tree Of Life, each culture has one. They all eventually have the same meaning.
